You acknowledge that products ordered from our website will be shipped from India. You understand that you may be billed from a company that appears to not be related to our website and that this is necessary to conduct business. Shipping Policy:

All orders placed on our website are one hundred percent covered in our refund and reship policy. All orders are processed and shipped from India. All parcels are shipped in a brown discrete envelope to maintain confidentiality. The average time for the parcel to reach your doorstep is 12-15 working days. All customers will receive a tracking number once the parcel is processed.

Return and Refund Policy:

If your parcel gets stuck in customs, we will reship it or refund you fully.

Free Reship or Full Refunds are NOT eligible under the following conditions:

1: You provide us with the wrong shipping address.

2: You fail to collect/accept your parcel from your local post office.

3: Because of the reasons above the parcel has been “sent back to sender”.

Note: Local post office only keeps your “awaiting collecting” parcels only for 5 working days, so kindly keep track of your shipments.
